While I was listening to your reporting-and-ranting about the criminalized drug issue(s), something you said sparked the thought that maybe defense attorneys have been going about it all wrong. Maybe they should demand that all of their cases be heard not in state courts, but in federal courts on the basis that police have been violating their clients’ civil rights. If we are to continue to believe the propaganda that all U.S. citizens are inalienably entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and that the government SHALL NOT infringe on those rights, then where does any governmental agency derive its authority to prosecute people for ingesting drugs of any kind? The crux of the argument should be that the government can pass laws against the manufacture and selling of certain drugs, but not against the act of simply buying and ingesting them. Wow – a class action suit of over 400 million plaintiffs brought against all 48 state governments and the federal government for the past activity……..and if the damn statute of limitations hadn’t already expired, it would have been fun to file a class action suit on behalf of all those people who got prosecuted for drinking alcohol during Prohibition.

Has anyone looked at the “snow” under a microscope? I would like to see what’s in it making it turn black and smell like burnt plastic. What inspired someone to try to burn snow this year at all? Has it been like that for years already??

  5. Meria says:

People noticed the snow wasn’t melting. I don’t know about under a microscope, but I did see a vid where the put a snowball of it a few inches above
a wood burning stove and it didn’t melt or drip for over 6 minutes…weird shit.

It is snowing here (Okla) today and I did the experiment. Same results. Jeez!

  7. Meria says:

I think the Southern states got hit the hardest – goal? food production stops? Many say the burning and smell is from the lighter, so I’d suggest trying to melt it over a stove or fire.
