I think the reason that many of us “elders” appear so much younger than our chronological age has to do with what Richard and you were discussing – lifelong learning equals vitality equals the appearance of youth. I already read at least one book a day, but my dream would be to have the ability to read three or four a day. I walk into a library or bookstore and immediately start salivating. So many books; so little time!
Also living a participatory life! Having a purpose in life is huge!
