5/18/11 Send In the Clowns continues the series on the Abraham Lincoln story with Meria & Dave McGowan. Charles Manson, mind control; Was John Wilkes Booth the same? Boston Corbett – Jack Ruby of the Lincoln story? What happened to the 3 eyewitnesses to the shooting -Clara Harris, Major Henry Rathbone and Booth? the Booth Diary and Lafayette Baker; the suicided; who was behind the conspiracy to kill Lincoln (same factions today); quick body disposals and no photos! (shades of Bin Laden); Edwin Stanton – exhumed two bodies to keep a while; Mary Todd Lincoln – asylum for her (and many others); Senator’s Preston King & James Lane suicided; John Parker the missing bodyguard, never reprimanded for standing down; What about Booth’s family members? What happened to them? Ford’s Theater the building 7 of the time; Col. William Brown (shades of Hinckley); Lincoln had four sons, only one lived – why? not a good time to be a look-a-like, cover up of their murders and more stuff.
Oh my God – how many murderers and lunatics can you possibly surround yourself with? Mary Todd Lincoln was a Collins Illuminati Bloodline girl who looked the other way when Abe’s ‘Streak Of Lavender’ came to the surface and supposedly hired that alcoholic Parker to be the bodyguard. Supposedly, Booth was actually drinking whiskey in the same bar as the ‘Protective Detail’ – how CON-venient. The script is same – except the ‘suicides’ seemed a lot more creative. Bag of bullets – Mafia Touch – lol! I’m sure you remember the ‘coincidence list’ of the Lincoln/Kennedy assassinations? That was a distraction list – Dave’s digging up the real list and you’re putting it out there. Great info and hilarious.
I love that photo. He loves his Old School Boom Box – too bad he wasn’t listening to future relative Bruce Spingstein when Parker was ‘Standing Down’, drinking in the same tavern as Booth. The ‘Not So Honest Abe’ story is grimy. I watched ‘The Gangs of New York’ yesterday, just to get into that time period. Same interlocking families, same MO. Crazt times indeed.
Not for the first time (and probably not for the last time either), I am going to be late for work because I couldn’t tear myself away from listening to your show!! Dave is an unbelievable rat-terrier when it comes to digging deeper and deeper down a rat-hole. If a cartoon were to be made of him, it would show dirt flying backwards at 80 mph from his nose and his paws as he frantically scrapes away the layers and layers of dirt for our edification. When I win the lottery, I am going to pay for him to do this job full-time. His work is so much better than most documentary (or, should I say, mockumentary) movies.
Yup, Dave is fabulous, that’s for sure. He’ll solve a 150 yr old murder given the chance! Gotta love him!
