All these tips and tricks are needed, being healthy as a vegan is easy, but living in society raises all sorts if issues. It’s true, once you go Vegan, just the idea of going back is horrendous.
So it’s the cotton that’s making my legs chaff from exercise?
And Vegans are better in bed? This makes all kinds of sense.
